The Royal Glenora Club provides a wide variety of classes and programs to help our Members improve and maintain their physical fitness, enabling them to lead long and satisfied lives.

FITNESS CLASSES

The RGC fitness department offers a wide range of registered and drop-in classes for all ability levels. From flexibility to strength and cardio, we offer something for everyone.

All classes are for Members and their guests only.
